Leaves in any Payroll Software is an essential part of computing salary. Defining leaves in the Payroll makes it easier to compute salary and the working days. Go to Leave module click on Setting>>Leave definitions.

1. Leaves can be defined as necessary in this segment.

2. Click add for creating new leave definitions.

Enter the details as required such as leave name, description etc.

1. Click save to save the entries and create a new leave definition.

2. Similarly other leave definition such as sick leave, loss of pay also can be created.

Created leave definitions will be displayed on screen.
